Creating a Team

Teams let you collaborate on forms with other people. Team-owned forms are accessible by all team members.

Requires Team plan or higher.


What teams enable

  • Share form editing access with multiple people

  • Centralize all team forms under one workspace

  • Manage member roles (owner vs member)

  • Forms belong to the team, not individual members


Creating your first team

  1. Go to Settings → Teams

  2. Click Create Team

  3. Enter a team name

  4. Click Create

You are automatically set as the team Owner.


Team workspace

After creating a team, you'll see a Teams section in the left sidebar of your dashboard. All forms created under a team context appear here.

To create a form for your team:

  1. Click Teams in the sidebar

  2. Select your team

  3. Click New Form

Team forms are owned by the team, not your personal account. All team members can edit and view them.

One account can belong to multiple teams (as an owner or member). Switch between teams from the sidebar.
