Upgrading Your Plan
How to upgrade
Go to Settings → Billing
Click Upgrade Plan
Select the plan you want
Choose your payment method: Credit / Debit Card or Cryptocurrency
Complete payment
Your plan is upgraded immediately after successful payment.
Stripe (credit / debit card)
Card payments are processed by Stripe. forms.wtf never sees or stores your full card number.

Cancel anytime
Managing your subscription
From Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription:
Upgrade to a higher plan — takes effect immediately, prorated billing
Downgrade to a lower plan — takes effect at the end of your current billing period
Cancel — takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then
What happens when you downgrade
When downgrading (e.g. Pro → Free), features tied to your old plan are locked until you upgrade again. Your data is preserved — forms, responses, and settings are not deleted.
Example: If you downgrade from Pro to Free, your Google Sheets sync is paused, but the connection and settings are remembered. Re-upgrading restores sync immediately.
Refunds
Credit card refunds are handled per Stripe's refund policy. Contact [email protected] within 7 days of charge for refund requests.
Crypto payments are non-refundable once confirmed on-chain.
Billing FAQ
Do you offer annual billing? Not currently. Plans are billed monthly.
Can I get a custom plan for enterprise? Contact [email protected] to discuss custom pricing for large-volume use cases.
Is there a free trial for paid plans? No free trial currently. The Free plan is available indefinitely for evaluation.
