Custom Slugs

A custom slug lets you choose a memorable, branded URL for your form instead of the auto-generated one.

Setting a custom slug

1. Open the form builder

2. Click Settings (gear icon)

3. Under Custom Slug, enter your desired slug

4. Click Save

Slug rules

• 3 to 60 characters

• Letters, numbers, and hyphens only (no spaces or special characters)

• Case-insensitive (My-Form and my-form are the same)

• Must be globally unique — if it's taken, you'll see an error

What happens to the old URL?

When you change a slug, the old URL stops working immediately. Anyone who had the old link will get a 404.

Best practice: Set your custom slug before sharing the form publicly. Avoid changing it after distribution.

Plan requirement

Custom slugs require Pro plan or higher.

On the Free plan, slugs are auto-generated and cannot be changed.
