Email Notifications

Receive an email every time someone submits your form.

Requires Pro plan or higher.


Enabling notifications

  1. Open the form builder

  2. Click Settings

  3. Toggle Email Notifications on

  4. Enter the email address to receive notifications (defaults to your account email)

  5. Save

You must have a verified email address on your account before enabling notifications. Verify it in Settings → Profile.


What the email contains

The notification email includes:

  • Form title and submission timestamp

  • Respondent's wallet address and ENS name

  • All question and answer pairs

  • A link to view the full response in your dashboard


Multiple recipients

Email notifications are sent to one address per form. If you need multiple people notified, consider:

  • Using a team email alias (e.g. [email protected])

  • Setting up a webhook to a Slack or Discord integration (Team+)


Notification timing

Emails are sent immediately after each successful submission. Delivery typically takes a few seconds.


Verifying your email

If you haven't verified your email:

  1. Go to Settings → Profile

  2. Enter your email address and click Send verification email

  3. Check your inbox for the OTP code

  4. Enter the code to verify

After verification, you can use your email for notifications.
