Viewing Responses
All form submissions are stored in your dashboard and available to view, filter, and export.
Accessing responses
From the dashboard, click on a form card
Select Responses from the tabs
You'll see a table of all submissions
Response table
Each row in the table represents one submission. The columns are:
Wallet
The respondent's wallet address (with ENS name if available)
Submitted
Date and time of submission
Duration
How long they took to complete the form
Answers
One column per question
Click on any row to expand and see the full submission in a clean view.
One response per wallet
Each wallet address can submit once per form. If a respondent submits again from the same wallet, their previous response is updated (not duplicated).
This means:
The response count reflects unique wallets
Form owners see the respondent's latest answers
Anonymous responses
If a form is not token-gated and a respondent hasn't connected a wallet, they can still fill out the form. These responses are identified by a device-specific anonymous ID (not an IP address) and appear as anon_xxxxxxxx in the wallet column.
File upload responses
For File Upload questions, the response cell shows a clickable link with the filename. Click it to open the file — you must be logged in to access uploaded files (for S3-stored files).
Files are stored privately. The download link generates a time-limited signed URL each time you click it.
Searching and filtering
Use the search bar above the table to filter by:
Wallet address or ENS name
Answer value
Deleting responses
You can delete individual responses by clicking the trash icon on any row.
Deleted responses are permanently removed. This also removes them from any synced Google Sheets.
Real-time updates
The responses page refreshes automatically. New submissions appear without needing to reload the page.
