Important notes

Crypto payments are non-refundable once confirmed on-chain. Please double-check the amount and address before sending.

Send the exact amount — the verification checks for the specified amount. Sending a different amount may cause verification to fail.

Each payment is one-time — crypto payments do not auto-renew. You'll need to pay again manually when your subscription expires.

Network fees — you pay the Ethereum gas fee in addition to the subscription price. Use a low-gas window to minimize fees.

Subscription expiry

Crypto-paid subscriptions expire at the end of the period you paid for (monthly). You'll receive an email reminder before expiry.

To renew, repeat the payment process from Settings → Billing.

Verification delays

On-chain confirmation typically takes 15–30 seconds on Ethereum mainnet. If verification takes longer, wait a few minutes and try again. Contact support if the issue persists after 30 minutes.

Transaction security

Each payment has a unique transaction reference. forms.wtf checks that:

  • The transfer was sent to the correct treasury wallet

  • The amount matches the plan price

  • The transaction hash hasn't been used before (replay protection)
