Dashboard Overview

The dashboard is your control center for managing forms, viewing responses, and configuring your account.


The left sidebar has the following sections:

All your personal forms

Forms shared with your team (Team plan+)

Profile, integrations, billing, API keys


Forms list

Each form card shows:

  • Form title and slug (URL)

  • Published / Draft status

  • Response count

  • Last updated date

  • Quick actions: Edit, View, Responses, Analytics, Delete

Sorting and filtering — forms are sorted by last updated by default.

Draft

Only you can see it. Not accessible at the public URL.

Published

Live at forms.wtf/f/your-slug. Anyone (or gated token holders) can access it.


Quick actions from the dashboard

  • New Form — opens the form builder

  • Generate with AI — describe your form in plain text and let AI build it

  • Duplicate — clones a form with all its questions and settings


Settings

Accessible from the bottom of the sidebar or the avatar menu:

Profile

  • Display name

  • Email address and verification

  • Connected wallets

Integrations

  • Google Sheets — connect your Google account once; then enable per-form

  • API Keys — create and manage programmatic API keys (Team plan+)

Billing

  • Current plan and usage

  • Upgrade / manage subscription

  • Payment history


Usage indicators

The dashboard shows your current usage against plan limits:

  • Forms created — e.g. 3/5 on Free plan

  • Responses this month — resets on the 1st of each month

  • AI generations — resets monthly

When you're approaching a limit, a warning banner appears on the dashboard.
