# Team Roles

Teams have two roles: **Owner** and **Member**.

## Changing a member's role

1. Go to **Settings → Teams → \[Your Team] → Members**
2. Click the role badge next to a member
3. Select the new role
4. Confirm

## Multiple owners

A team can have multiple owners. This is useful for ensuring continuity — if the original owner leaves, another owner can manage the team.

## The team creator

The person who creates the team is always assigned the **Owner** role. The Owner role cannot be removed from the last remaining owner — there must always be at least one owner.
