# AI Form Generation

Generate a complete form from a plain-text description in seconds. The AI creates questions, sets appropriate types, and configures options automatically.

## How to use it

1. From your dashboard, click **Generate with AI** (or the sparkle icon in the form builder)
2. Describe what you want in plain text
3. Click **Generate**
4. Review the generated form
5. Edit any questions if needed, then publish

## Writing good prompts

Be specific about your goal. The more context you give, the better the result.

**Good prompts:**

> "Create an allowlist form for our NFT drop. Collect: wallet address (EVM), Discord username, Twitter handle, why they want to join our community, and how they heard about us."

> "DAO contributor onboarding survey. Collect: preferred name, main skills (multiple choice: Development, Design, Marketing, Operations, Research), availability in hours per week, areas of interest (checkboxes), past DAO experience, and links to relevant work."

> "Post-event feedback form for a Web3 conference. Rating of overall experience, best session (dropdown from 5 options), NPS score, open feedback field."

**Tips:**

* Mention specific question types if you have a preference
* List the exact fields you need
* Mention if you want multiple choice / checkboxes (the AI will generate options)
* Mention the context (NFT project, DAO, event, etc.) for better question wording

## Generation limits

The counter resets on the 1st of each month.

## After generation

The AI creates a draft form with:

* A suggested title
* Questions in logical order
* Appropriate question types
* Options pre-filled for choice questions

You can edit, reorder, or delete any question before publishing. Generated forms behave exactly like manually created ones.

## Notes

* Generation takes 5–15 seconds depending on form complexity
* If the result isn't quite right, edit it directly — it's often faster than re-generating
* The AI does not set up token gating — add that manually in Form Settings
